Guarantee of high quality standards, and of good social and environmental conditions, the EU origin also allows us to offer a high level of customization and reduced delivery times for custom-made products.

Please note that it is still complicated to produce certain ranges of products close to us while maintaining affordable prices: electronics for example, and more generally products requiring the assembly of a large number of small parts.
No, not right now. Our website is our virtual catalogue and our pricelist: we regularly update our products and their characteristics.
This is one of the many advantages of custom-made items: goodbye stock-outs! Barring exceptions, or shortages of material, each of our products is made-to-order and does not depend on a stock of goods.

If you want us to confirm this price with a classic quotation, nothing could be simpler! Add the product to your basket after having filled in the characteristics of your need, then confirm your quote request.
For a more specific need (large quantity, special conditions, etc.), the product page gives you direct access to our special quote request form with the link " I need a specific quotation " placed under the default prices table.

Several solutions are available to you to place an order with us: you can of course send us an email, or contact us by phone. Going through the website, choose the product you are interested in, fill in the characteristics (quantity, marking) and add it to your basket. You can then inform us of any additional elements (delivery requirements, marking file, etc.) before having us confirm the price by requesting a classic PDF quotation.
Important notice: any order must be subject to a prior quote.
We do not offer this service at the moment – our ordering process has yet to go through the signature of a classic quote.

Please let us know the urgency of your request in the "Additional Information" field (bottom left after your contact details) just before the final submission of your quote request. It will then be given priority.
Delivery
Custom-made orders do not necessarily lead to much longer lead times than for stock products. You will find the specific lead time of an item on its own webpage, by checking the product attributes tab.
Depending on the type of product and the level of customization, delivery times are generally from 2 to 6 weeks. A large part of our catalog can be delivered within 15 working days.
We bill the actual delivery costs, which thus depend on each product (fragility, value, country of origin, etc.) and the volume ordered.
We do not set up a fixed delivery rate, because the difference of real cost (relative to volume and weight) is too great between, for example, an order for paper straws and metal axes.
Similarly, setting up free shipping is difficult given the type of certain products we offer; an order for wooden deckchairs, for example, will see around 20% of its amount charged to transport costs (large volume and weight).
We may deliver wherever you want.
However, some destinations require significant added costs: do not hesitate to contact us so that we can specify the specific rate.
Please note: the delivery costs indicated in our default quotes are only valid for delivery in mainland France (excluding Corsica and overseas territories).
